Thanks to their curious and adventurous nature, the headstrong and enigmatic krynns can be found in many places, but concentrate mainly in major cities. Given their intimidating bovine features, heavy musculature, and combat prowess, most people steer clear of them, while they are sought out by warring Lords, mercenary corps, and adventuring guilds for those exact reasons.

Krynn can be found living among dwarves or in krynn cities near dwarven establishment due to their deeply-entwined history. Legend has it that krynns were originally a tribe of nomadic people whose sole mission was to find a [[Magisphere]] so they could immortalize their King. Their search led them into a trap by an evil god who transformed them into Minotaurs and cursed them to navigate his labyrinth for his own amusement. When the dwarves uncovered the maze by chance, they secretly freed the these cursed Minotaurs by replacing them with statues of Minotaurs, which resulted in the [[Aurochian War]]. Thanks to a Minotaur called Krynn and the dwarves, the god was defeated and his Magisphere broken.

Krynn is just about the only race that can be fully integrated into dwarven society thanks to their deeply-entwined history. Legends says that krynns were originally a tribe of minotaurs whose sole mission was to find a [[Magisphere]] to immortalize their King. Their search led them into a trap by a demigod evil god, Barbatur who gave them an bovine humanoid form that was inferior to their minotaur body. He then imprisoned them in his labyrinth for hundreds of years.

Since then, the Minotaurs broke the curse and returned to their original form, but kept the bovine features. To honor their savior, the Minotaurs renamed themselves as Krynn and have coexisted with the dwarves, teaching them the gift of metallurgy, which they had secretly learned during their captive. In return, the dwarves taught them the secret of masonry. As a result of this harmonious pairing, these two people relied on one another and prospered together.

Krynn

Given their adventurous nature, this curious race can be found in many places. Like catfolks, krynns are adaptable and social people, allowing them to live harmoniously with other races. Though, their bovine features and strange physique makes them stand out anywhere. Krynns are highly sought after by warring Lords, mercenary corps, and adventuring guilds because of their intimidating looks, though not all krynns are as monstrously strong as they appear.

Krynn is just about the only race that can be fully integrated into dwarven society thanks to their deeply-entwined history. Legends says that krynns were originally a tribe of minotaurs whose sole mission was to find a Magisphere to immortalize their King. Their search led them into a trap by a demigod evil god, Barbatur who gave them an bovine humanoid form that was inferior to their minotaur body. He then imprisoned them in his labyrinth for hundreds of years.

When the dwarves discovered the maze by chance, they freed the the cursed minotaurs. In all of his fury, Barbatur declared war on the minotaurs and their savior, vowing to imprison them all for eternity. The battle lasted generations, until a group of krynn and dwarves managed to slay Barbatur. Finally obtaining their independence, the minotaur renamed themselves after the leader of the heroes, Krynn. Since then, krynns have developed an incredible friendship with dwarves as the two races shared their knowledge and culture with one another.

Heroic Bloodlines

Krynns revere the crown and the royal family second only to actual deities. Because they treat legends of past heroes as history, the royal family, whose blood can be directly traced back to these mystical figures in their society must serve as their governmental and spiritual leader. There are more than one royal family, whose authority may clash with one another, sparking bloody feuds that can have grave consequences. Regardless, most krynn warriors who pledge their alliance to a family would die serving as their sword and shield.
